Justified and fair comment?

As you’d expect, with bated breath would be an appropriate description of the anticipation in the wider media of the High Court judgement on the Irish News appeal of the ‘libellous’ restaurant review verdict which is due today. Update Mick says that the Irish News have won their appeal. More From this Irish Times report

The Northern Ireland Lord Chief Justice, Sir Brian Kerr, sitting with two appeal court judges, delivered a unanimous reserved judgment. Sir Brian ordered a retrial, saying that although he thought a properly directed jury would have found in favour of the Irish News in Belfast he could not be certain.
