Reading the political runes of Northern Ireland is not easy at this stage, but Noel MacAdam has a precis of the DUP position going into an undefined period of inter party engagement (without governmental powers) at Stormont. Pessimists should not forget that the DUP ended a joint boycott between itself and the UUP in Killarney yesterday.
