The Irish News reported that ANder Frisk is considering moving to Ireland and becoming a GAA referee!

I think there might be two in Daily Ireland.
There's one about O'Connell Street being three degrees warmer than the rest of Dublin, they quote a Swiss scientist called Olaf Prilo - an anagram methinks.
The other is about an image of Mary and Jesus being seen in a Belfast man's fishtank.

No weeping statues of Mary?

Story in the irish news about an 'instant irish accent mouth spray'. Included a testimonial from a satisfied customer by the name of Mike Hunt (!)

Gonzo -

No weeping statues of Mary?
Will this do you?

And this isn't an April Fools - I heard about it yesterday:

Apparation? Leonard Evans with the photo he claims shows an image of the Virgin Mary outside St Marys Church, Listowel.

Canon Jim Linnane said it is “highly unlikely” that the photograph, taken earlier this month outside St Mary’s Church in Listowel, shows an image of the Virgin Mary. The photo appears to show a womanly shape, with a veil and hands reaching out to the side.

'There's one about O'Connell Street being three degrees warmer than the rest of Dublin, they quote a Swiss scientist called Olaf Prilo - an anagram methinks.'

You mean that isn't true. I was looking forward to getting warmed up before the Leinster match tomorrow.

It was of course. That obnoxious tosser Nolan had great fun with it on his radio show this morning.
I just wonder how much public money was spent on it - April fools all of us, eh.

Jacko

Thought it was very, very clever myself. And you know, it's not that bad an idea!!

I did wonder whether it'll do Dame Mary any favours, mind!
